DOUBLE STANDARD AGAIN BY GAO--GAO RESPONSE BELOW

 GAO is thankful for the troop emails. Really? Then why would GAO discount their opinions in their report? Allen Westheimer believes CLP (the army's 3 in one oil) is a great product because it passes a salt fog test under lab conditions and Mr. Westheimer claims to be an corrosion expert based on aircraft wiring applications. The GAO report  is silent on the efficacy of these tests since they cannot validate the validity of Milspecs but uses those very milspec's to discredit us. GAO was unable to dazzle Rep Hoyer with Brilliance, so they baffled him with BS.

 

GAO was also unable to find the records involving the rules governing the issuance of NSN's. Rep Hoyer asked for the rules based on thousands of emails from warfighters. Since GAO could not validate Milspecs, could not find the records (pursuant to Rep Hoyer's request) governing the rules for NSN placement they baffled him with BS.

 

Since GAO would not use real time intelligence (emails from front lines), was unable to find the governing rules (that I provided) for NSN award-- GAO (who at GAO?) decided to expand their investigation into T&E.  It took GAO 18 months to complete their report and their report provided NO NEW INFORMATION and their draft we got to look at for 30 minutes contained 25 plus year old mistakes that GAO pasted in to their draft report. GAO did delete the mistake that I told them about.

 

The GAO IG has not responded to my request for a timetable, or if this issue would be investigated at all. All GAO has to do is answer my question about material omissions-- that would have contradicted their entire report. Like I said previously, GAO omissions is no different than a crime scene investigator not recovering DNA evidence. If the GAO IG does its job, then Allen Westheimer and William Solis will go to jail where they belong. Since these two rascals have secrets on others, it a good chance the IG will do nothing just as Mr. William Solis did when I complained. A smoking gun does no good if no one cares about the truth.
